These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UppaGo platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

UppaGo may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate for your selected plan.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UppaGo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

UppaGo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UppaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
